The International Business Research Group (IBRG) is pleased to invite you to the 6th edition of its conference on international research. The conference will be held on
Friday, May 24t, 2019 (Salle KPMG – 1st Floor, CSC Building, HEC Montréal).
For this sixth edition, our guest spaker will be Alain Verbeke, Professor of International Business Strategy and McCaig research Chair in Management at Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. Professor Verbeke is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Business Studies (2017 – 2019). He has authored or edited more than 30 books and more than 200 refereed publications, including many articles in leading scholarly journals such as the Journal of International Business Studies, the Strategic Management Journal and the Journal of Management Studies.
Four other Montreal-based researchers and their co-authors will also present their research, including Vincent Arel-Bundock (Université de Montréal) & Lisa Lechner (University of Innsbruck), Anna Kim (HEC Montréal), Diana Dakhlallah (McGill University), et Pengfei Li (HEC Montréal) &Harald Bathelt (University of Toronto).
Lunch will be provided by GRAI and a closing cocktail session sponsored by AIB-Canada will follow the conference.
